JE SUIS un jeune technicien qui entretien un parc de copieur et je suis la personne la mieux indiquée en cas de problème mais cependant je suis tombé depuis une semaine sur une machine qui affige f54 après tirage d'une centaines de copies . s'ul vous plait j'aimerai savoir ce que sais et si possible
comment remedier a cette panne. je vous serai très reconnaissant

A priori, tu as un problème de ventillateur, je viens de voir les codes sur un 4345, je pense que c'est à peu près le même modèle

Tu as le choix!

-F54 at power up.
CAUSE: Failed main CB.
SOLUTION: Replace main CB (p/n 45BE-9012).

-Intermittent F54 while copying.
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Loose CN68 on the main CB, causing the main body cooling fan motor abnormality.
Reseat CN68 (pin 3 supplies the control signal to DCDB which controls M16).

2. Failed main body cooling fan motor (M16). The failure of M16 may have been caused by a dirty/clogged ozone filter.
Replace M16 (p/n 45EA80520) and the ozone filter (p/n 25BA73092).
Notes:
a. M16 is the square, black fan in the back of the machine, directly above the fusing unit.
b. It is highly recommended to replace the M16 ozone filter every PM (100,000 copies). This filter is normally included in the PM kit (Item #947545).
