E020-0081 is indicated at power on during initial rotation.

When the window of the light-emitting/receiving segment of the patch image read sensor (FH7-7629-000 [PS23]) becomes solid with stray toner, the machine will not be able to accurately measure the density of the patch image off the drum.

Workaround :
To avoid the problem, the machine checks the patch image read sensor for soiling. While initial multiple rotation is under way, the machine measures the light from the surface of the drum without depositing any toner on it (drum background measurement); it will assume that the window is soiled if the measurement is lower than a specified level (COPIER>DISPLAY>DENS>P-SENS-P> optimum range: 400~600), thus indicating an error code (E020-0081) and stopping its operation.

First clean the Image Patch Sensor PS23 and reseat connector J2086, if the problem persists replace PS23 or the Drum to resolve the error code.

Workaround :
This issue can occur if the Intermediate Transfer Belt Assembly Tension Arms are damaged, preventing proper tension from being placed on the Intermediate Transfer Belt.

Retire le tambour du copieur. Dans le copieur, au dessus du tambour une barrette (blanche?) avec une cellule qui vient lire la densité de toner sur la surface de tambour, Nettoie là dans un premier temps.

ensuite, tu peux vérifier ta version de DC-CON, et également, vérifier si une unité de développement n'encrasse pas le copieur.

Bien sur le changement de tambour est à effectuer s'il a fait 100%, tu peux voir son compteur en SAV/DISPLAY/MISC, en espérant que le tech qui ait remplacer le tambour actuel ait bien remis le compteur à séro.
