Je suis tech Canon Gamme office. Un ami m'a demandé de regarder un MF 8180C avec le message suivant erreur system E 197 .
Quelqu'un aurait-il de la doc sur cette machine

In the Service Manual you find that the remedy for error code E197 is to change the DCNT board, but mostly the error
code is caused by a defect Low Voltage PCB.
<Cause>
A faulty component on the Low Voltage PCB is causing the problem.
<Factory>
The Low Voltage PCB is modified in the production since the end of March 2007.
PCBs with lot numbers on STR-W6852C IC listed below have a defect component and should not be used.
