je suis sur une irc 3100 qui me fait le code e000805-001 comment le decanter c est tres uegent merci

Error :
The machine codes out with an E805-0001 or subcode -0002. This can happen during boot up or during a print/copy job.

Workaround :
Check the front and rear fixing exhaust fans. These fans are located in the upper right door area. There are two fans in that area. One is the front fan and one is the rear fan. The error code E805-0001 is in reference to the front fan and the error code E805-0002 is in reference to the rear fan. The part number for these fans are the same, FK2-0360-000. These fans can also be swapped to help test the fans.

Error code occurs at power up even with the front door open and all accessories unplugged. The Fixing Heat Exhaust fan, FM2 (FK2-2528-000), has also been replaced.



Workaround :
In this case, some broken wires were found at the multi-feed connector, FG3-2346-000. Replacement of the connector resolved the error code.
