L as tu verified sur une autre machine?
Il y a parfois des codes qui peuvent se presenter juste a cause d un small problem on this path.

E14 sur RICOH 3616
ok j'ai eu un problem avec l'alimentation et j'ai dépaner cela c'est donc apres avoir remonter que le code c'est afficher mais moi meme j'ai vérifier le manuel sans rien voir de E14 dans ce cas j'ai accuser beaucoup plus le courant car ma cliente utilisait un groupe de faible capacité.
